Harbour of Hope begins festival tour

While still running in selected Swedish cinemas, Harbour of Hope is now launched on an international festival tour. The Swedish festival premiere will be at the Göteborg International Film Festival and the international premiere at the Thessaloniki Documentary Film Festival in Greece.

After a successful fall period in Swedish cinemas, Harbour of Hope will now start reaching an international audience. First step is circulating the international film festivals. The Swedish festival premiere is set for the Göteborg International Film
Festival happening on January 27 to February 6.

Following the screening in Gothenburg is the international premiere of Harbour of Hope, which is set for Thessaloniki Documentary Film Festival happening on March 9 – 18 in Greece. The festival is among the biggest audience documentary
festivals in Europe.

Upon the announcement of the international premiere of Harbour of Hope Director Magnus Gertten states:
Following the many good reviews and great audience response Harbour of Hope has had in Sweden, I am looking forward to start meeting an international audience at Thessaloniki Documentary Festival. It has been my privilege to have one of my previous films screened there and I look forward to having the international premiere of Harbour of Hope at this great festival.

Göteborg International Film Festival and Thessaloniki Documentary Film Festival are the two first stops on the international festival tour, which Harbour of Hope will have.
